SafetyClinic.app is operated by DVR Digital LLC and runs on the web, iOS,
Android, macOS and Windows. Every organization's data is isolated at the
database level. New organizations get a 30-day free trial; when a trial ends
the account becomes read-only rather than locked, so a facility never loses
access to its own compliance records.

## What it does

**Inspections and surveys.** A full form builder — pass/fail, yes/no, multiple
choice, dropdowns, checkboxes, numbers, dates, free text, signatures and
section headers. If-then logic reveals follow-up questions and automatically
raises corrective actions when an answer fails. Photo capture with on-image
annotation. Scoring and branded PDF export.

**A library of 70 ready-made healthcare audits** across seven categories, each
citing the standard it comes from: infection prevention and control, life
safety and environment of care, medication management, clinical quality and
patient safety, occupational health and employee safety, behavioral health and
CARF, and emergency preparedness and administration.

**Corrective actions.** A task board with status, priority, assignee and due
date filters, list and board views, a full activity log recording who changed
what and when, and threaded comments.

**Emergency drills.** Per-shift drill logging with start/stop times and
evacuation duration, an after-action report survey attached to each run, a
quarter-by-shift coverage grid showing what was performed against what the
cadence requires, and a 12-month drill log export.

**Incident and near-miss reporting.** Open to every staff member regardless of
role, because near-miss reporting that requires permission does not happen.

**Safety data sheets.** An SDS library with AI extraction of hazard class,
signal word, hazard statements and required protective equipment straight from
uploaded PDFs, plus on-site versus contractor-supplied classification and a
contractor directory.

**Evacuation and site maps.** A floor-plan editor for posting evacuation routes,
with per-map emergency contact selection.

**Scheduling.** Month and week calendars with recurring events and people and
location assignment.

**Employee health and credentials.** Tracking for Hepatitis B vaccination and
declination, N95 fit testing, TB screening and other requirements, with
supporting documents stored separately from general facility files.

**Locations.** Arbitrary-depth location trees — campus, building, wing, unit,
room — with building photos and structured addresses.

**Reporting and analytics.** Sortable tables, a record-level data explorer with
filters, saved report templates, branded PDF exports and a chart dashboard
(metric by attribute, as bar, line, pie, big number or table).

**Team and permissions.** Four tiers — Owner, Admin, Manager and Basic —
enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface, with email
invitations and per-site assignment.
