This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SafetyClinic.app Service provided by DVR Digital LLC, doing business as SafetyClinic.app. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you and your Authorized Users agree to follow this AUP. We may update it from time to time.
Prohibited content
You must not upload, store, or transmit content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, privacy, or other right;
- contains patient or clinical records, or protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, or other data the Service is not authorized to hold. (Records your organization keeps about its own employees — such as vaccination or fit-test status in the health & credential module — are employment records rather than PHI, and are permitted.);
- contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or
- you do not have the right to submit.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other organizations' data, other accounts, or the underlying systems or networks;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent security or authentication measures, except under a security program we authorize in writing;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
- use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access or copy the Service except through features or interfaces we provide;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to anyone outside your organization without our permission;
- send unsolicited or unauthorized invitations, messages, or other bulk or spam communications through the Service;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organization; or
- use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control and sanctions laws.
Fair use and limits
The Service may apply reasonable technical limits (for example, on storage, request rates, or file sizes) to protect performance and availability for all customers. You must not attempt to circumvent these limits.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other action we consider appropriate, including reporting activity to law enforcement. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice before taking action, but we may act immediately where the Service, its users, or third parties are at risk.
Repeat infringers
We have adopted and will reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Authorized Users and of organizations that repeatedly infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. We keep a record of infringement notices we receive and act on, and we take that record into account when deciding whether an account is a repeat infringer.
Reporting
Report suspected violations or security issues to support@safetyclinic.app. Report claimed copyright infringement to copyright@safetyclinic.app, or to the designated agent named in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
