Pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer through Stripe. Monthly, or save 10% by paying for the year up front. No setup fee, no seat minimum, no multi-year lock-in.
Questions people actually ask
- Who actually has to be a paid seat?
- Only the people who build and administer the program. A Manager creates surveys, sites, schedules and drills; an Admin also handles people, roles and org settings. Everybody who simply does the work (runs inspections, reports hazards, closes actions) is Basic, and Basic is free and unlimited.
- Why is field staff free?
- Because charging per head is how reporting cultures die. The moment a licence has a price, someone decides the weekend housekeeper is not worth one, and the person most likely to spot a hazard has no way to report it. Everyone who might see something can be on it at no cost.
- Do contractors and agency staff cost extra?
- No. Give them a Basic account, assign them work, let them close it out. Free.
- What if we add a Manager mid-year?
- You are billed pro rata for the rest of the term. Remove someone and the seat frees up for the next person; there is no minimum and no per-change fee.
- How many locations can we have?
- As many as you like, on every plan including free. Buildings, wings, floors, wards and rooms are all unlimited, so model your organization in as much detail as it deserves.
- How do we pay?
- Card or ACH bank transfer through Stripe, monthly or annually. Paying for the year up front saves 10%. Purchase orders and net-30 terms are supported. We will send an invoice your finance team can process.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You export your data: inspections, actions, drill logs, SDS records, photos. It is your compliance record, not ours, and cancelling never takes it away from you. No notice period, no exit fee.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. We will help you load your sites, templates and SDS library during the trial.
